1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a lesson or using the Caleb's Drum Academy website (cdrumacademy.ca), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Caleb's Drum Academy provides private drum lessons in-person (Dundalk, Ontario) and virtually via Zoom. Lesson rates are listed on our Lessons & Rates page and are priced in Canadian dollars (CAD).
3. Bookings
- Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
- You must be on time for your lesson. Late arrivals will not extend the lesson end time.
- Caleb's Drum Academy reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged in full. Repeated no-shows may result in loss of booking privileges.
5. Payment
Payment is accepted via cash (in-person) or Interac e-Transfer to [email protected]. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is due at or before the start of each lesson unless otherwise arranged.
6. Conduct
Students and guardians are expected to treat Caleb and the studio environment with respect. Caleb's Drum Academy reserves the right to terminate lessons with any student who engages in disrespectful or disruptive behaviour, without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Caleb's Drum Academy is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in lessons beyond the amount paid for the lesson in question. Students participate at their own risk.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, and the Caleb's Drum Academy logo — is the property of Caleb's Drum Academy and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
